Mike was a multi-channel transmissions systems operator-maintainer in the U.S. Army Reserve for 10 years and has been in the communications field since 1996. He has extensive knowledge of systems specialized for computer networking, cable/satellites, audio/visuals, and CCTVs. Mike is a BICSI ITS Technician (Level 3); a certified installer for Panduit (Fiber & Copper), Everfocus, and Hilti anchors; and is NEC Trained. He is able to troubleshoot issues by thinking outside of the box and takes pride in his work. Mike enjoys archery and shooting sports, the maker culture, and photography.

Todd is originally from Lawrenceville, Georgia but relocated to the Florida panhandle and joined the GCS Team in 2009. He is Panduit (Copper & Fiber) Certified and also has completed a CPR certification. He describes his time with Glaze Communications Services, Inc. as fun and very rewarding. He says he is committed to providing services that go above and beyond our customers' expectations while maintaining a positive attitude. Todd and his wife Dawn have two children, Ashlynn and Kayden. His hobbies and interests include fishing, sports, riding bikes, playing outdoors, and going to the beach.
Nathan spent 15 years working as a technician for DIRECTV before joining the GCS Team in 2006. He is Panduit (Copper & Fiber) Certified and has also completed a CPR Certification. Regarding his experience with Glaze Communications Services, Inc., Nathan says he is "very appreciative to have worked with such a great crew" and believes his greatest contribution to the GCS Team is his attitude to help wherever and whenever he can. He has a son, Chris, and two daughters, Ashley and Kali. His hobbies and interests include Auburn football, beach activities, and fishing.
David is retired United States Navy and earned his Networking Services Technology Associates in Science degree from Pensacola Junior College. He started working in the telecommunications field in 1995, is a Cisco CCNA, and also carries a Comptia A+ certification. Dave previously served as a Project Superintendent at Glaze Communications Services, Inc., specializing in new construction and renovation products. In September 2009, Dave began working in the office as the Project Manager, scheduling technicians and working on bids and purchasing.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys playing golf.
Brett earned his BBA in marketing from Ohio University before relocating to the Pensacola area in 1983. He has over 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry and is one of just over 7500 BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDDs) in the world. He served in many different capacities including sales, service, project management, design, and consulting with other companies before establishing Glaze Communications Services, Inc. in September 1999. Brett understands that prompt, courteous attention is a must and is committed to providing quality products and services to all of our clients. However, when he is away from the office, he enjoys golfing, fishing, live music, NASCAR, cheering on The Saints, and raising the newest member of the GCS team, B.B. "Riley" King Glaze (a chocolate labrador retriever).
John has been working in the telecommunications industry since 1996. He is a BICSI ITS Technician (Level 3), Panduit (Copper & Fiber) Certified, and has additional training in First Aid. His most important contribution to the GCS Team is his extensive knowledge and experience in the field and his ability to recognize and solve unexpected issues. He is committed to providing clean, functional, and timely installs to our customers. John and his wife Sally have been together since 2010, and he has a stepson, Jared. He has a great interest in music and has been drumming for many years.
Ken earned his certification in electrical wiring from Locklin Tech. He has worked in the field of telecommunications for over 20 years and has reached Level III ETT Certification. He is also Panduit (Copper & Fiber) Certified and brings a wealth of experience and a positive attitude to the GCS Team. He previously worked at Coastal Communication Connections with several members of the Team and says he is "happy to be back with the gang!" Ken prides himself on working efficiently and courteously with our customers. He enjoys fishing and basketball in his off time and has two children, Macy and Eli.
Fallon completed a 4-year Florida Electrical Apprenticeship program and started working in telecommunications in 2005. His experience in the field ranges from secure government networking to simple residential jobs, and he has worked on military bases around the country and world. Fallon's greatest contribution to the GCS Team is his strong work ethic and jovial attitude. He says, "I love my job and the company I work for. This is my chosen profession, not just a paycheck. From telephones to fiber optics, we do it all with quality and a smile." Fallon has two daughters, Kelsie and Kaylee, and his hobbies include fishing, hunting, and following his favorite TV shows.
Larry served in the United States Coast Guard and was a Captain of a supply ship before dedicating his career to telecommunications. He began as a field technician in 1990 with Coastal Computer Connections, moving into a project management position in 1995. Larry has been a BICSI RCDD since 1998 and has been a part of the GCS Team from the very beginning, helping the company grow into the leading telecommunications company in the area. He is currently responsible for providing estimates, site surveys, and top notch service and support to our customers. When away from the office, Larry enjoys spending time with his partner Laurie and daughter Heather. His hobbies include boating, fishing, NASCAR, football (RTR and The Saints), dogs, and photography.
Debbie earned her Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Louisiana and has over 30 years of management experience, ranging from corporate accounting to owning her own small business. Her duties at Glaze Communications Services, Inc. include cash management, financial statement preparation, and contract billing. Debbie is the glue that holds our office together thanks to her strong commitment to getting the job done exceptionally well and backing up operations in a professional and timely manner. She has two daughters; Martine is a BCABA and is currently in graduate school, while her youngest, Bella, is in college. Her hobbies include gardening, music, enjoying trips to New Orleans, and making a gumbo a Cajun would be proud of.
Allen started his career in telecommunications in August 1993. He is Panduit (Copper & Fiber) Certified, Everfocus Certified, and NEC Trained. His experience is diverse and includes everything from copper/fiber infrastructure to network configuration and wireless applications. Allen is best known for his willingness to respond promptly to customer concerns, successfully troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions that best suit the customers' needs. He and his wife Tanda have 3 children, Bryton, Cali, and Brayden. His outside interests include camping, hiking, off-road driving, and exploration.

Raphael has worked in telecommunications for over 18 years installing copper and fiber optic cabling, small business phone systems, paging systems, CCTV and camera systems, and alarm systems for fire and security. He is a certified installer for Everfocus, Panduit (Copper & Fiber), and Hilti anchors, and is also trained in first aid. He is committed to providing high quality, professional, and timely communication solutions to our customers. His interests include fishing and boating, camping with his two children, Caitlyn and Raphael Diego, and enjoying Pensacola beaches/parks.
Eddie attended auto mechanic trade school following high school. He started working in telecommunications in 2006 after serving as a supervisor at Coastal Insulation for 25 years. He is Panduit (Fiber & Copper) Certified and has developed most of his telecommunication skills while serving on the GCS Team. He says his greatest contribution is his ability to apply his previous supervisory experiences and leadership skills. He has two sons, a daughter, and 7 grandchildren. Eddie enjoys going to the beach, fishing, gardening, and raising livestock (pigs & chicken). He has a love for life and brings a positive "can-do" attitude to his work environment.

Jeff has been working in telecommunications for over 15 years. He is experienced in many areas, from structured cabling to several brands of phone systems, including NEC, Vodavi, Mitel, and Lucent. Since joining the GCS Team, he has increased his experience in large, commercial structured cabling, fiber optics, and CCTV systems. Jeff believes his experience in customer service, solid work ethic, and ability to work well with others make him an asset to the team. He enjoys on- and off-shore fishing, college football (go 'Noles!), and "the beautiful beaches that we are blessed with."
Danielle graduated with honors from the University of North Florida in 2009. She then served as the Marketing Director and Development Assistant of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Florida, where she gained the marketing skills necessary to take GCS into the social media era. In 2012, she served on the GCS Team as an Office Assistant and was responsible for answering phones, data entry, invoicing customers, and assisting with employee training. She enjoys spending her spare time with her fiancé and pets, being outdoors, cooking, and attending live sporting and music events. In 2016, she began her medical education at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is expected to graduate in 2020.
